Thank you always for choosing our accessories and goods at our stores in Ho Chi Minh City and Hoi An.
You've brought back these "one-of-a-kind" items along with your travel memories.
"What if it breaks after I go back to My country?"
"I live in Vietnam, can I get it repaired?"
To ease these worries, we have clearly organized our "Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs Policy."
Support that stays with you "after your trip"
Our accessories are delicate, handcrafted pieces made from old Vietnamese ceramic fragments.
While we strive for perfection when handing them over, we are committed to providing support in the unlikely event of a problem.
- If you take it back to another country, such as Japan: For initial defects within two weeks of purchase, we will arrange to send a new product (of a similar design) from within Japan. We hope our products continue to brighten your everyday life even after your trip ends.
- For those residing in Vietnam: If a clasp comes loose or a defect occurs during use, we will accept repairs, either free of charge or for a fee. You can bring it to our stores in Ho Chi Minh City or Hoi An, or send it to us via mail.
Don't give up on broken pottery.
"I dropped it and the pottery broke, but it's my favorite, so I can't throw it away..." In such cases, please consult us.
We also offer custom repairs to transform broken parts into new designs. We will change its form and return it to you as a new story.
