Refund policy

返品・返金について ít ít Việt Namをご利用いただきありがとうございます。当店の返品・返金に関する規定は以下の通りです。

1. お客様都合による返品・交換 当店では、商品の性質上（ハンドメイド、1点もの等）、お客様都合（イメージ違い、注文間違い等）による返品および交換は原則として承っておりません。ご購入前にサイズや色味をよくご確認の上、ご注文ください。

2. 商品に不備があった場合の対応 万が一、お届けした商品が破損していた場合、または注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合は、返金または交換の対応をさせていただきます。

  • 対象期間： 商品の購入日、またはお届けから3日以内にご連絡いただいた場合に限ります。

  • 条件： 未使用の状態であること。

3. 手続き方法 商品に問題があった場合は、以下の情報を添えて info@ititvietnam.comまでご連絡ください。

4. 送料について 商品の不備による返品・交換の場合、返送にかかる送料は当店が負担いたします。

2. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, we will offer a full refund or exchange.

  • Window: You must contact us within 3 days of purchase or delivery.

  • Condition: The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Order number or a photo of the receipt.

  • Photo(s) of the defect.

  • Description of the issue.

4. Shipping Costs In the case of defective or incorrect items, ít ít Việt Nam will cover the return shipping costs.
