Welcome to ít ít Việt Nam (referred to herein as "we," "us," or the "Company"). We operate this website and online store to provide you with a carefully curated shopping experience (the "Service"). The Service includes all related information, content, features, tools, products, and order-related services.

The following Terms of Service (the "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Service. Please read them carefully, as they contain important information regarding your legal rights, including disclaimers of warranty and limitations of liability.

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using our Service, you are deemed to agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please refrain from accessing or using our Service.

Article 1 — Access and Accounts To use the Service and purchase products, you must, in principle, have reached the age of majority under Vietnamese law (18 years old). If a minor customer uses the Service through this device, such use must be with the consent of, and under the supervision of, a legal representative (such as a parent or guardian). In the course of using the Service, including purchasing products, we may ask you to provide information such as your email address, billing details, payment information, and shipping information. You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate and up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and may not transfer or lend your account to any third party.

Article 2 — Our Products We make every effort to accurately display the colors and textures of our products in our online store; however, depending on the display settings of the device you use, what you see on screen may differ from the actual product. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of a product will fully match your expectations, or that it will be identical to any particular description. Product descriptions and prices are subject to change, or products may be discontinued, without notice.

Article 3 — Orders These Terms apply to retail sales made to individual customers through our website (ititvietnam.com). Business-to-business transactions such as wholesale and consignment sales are governed by separate agreements entered into between us and the relevant business, and are not subject to these Terms.

When you place an order, you are deemed to have made an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order only where there is a reasonable ground for doing so, such as: an item being out of stock, a payment issue, an error in pricing or product description, or a suspicion of fraudulent use.

A contract of sale is formed at the point when we confirm your order and send you a confirmation notice (such as an order confirmation email). Payment will be processed in accordance with the payment method you selected.

We may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been confirmed, so please review your order carefully before submitting it. Purchased products will be handled solely in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

We ask that individual customers refrain from repeatedly purchasing products intended for personal use for the purpose of resale or export, without our prior written consent.

By completing the order process, you are deemed to have reviewed and agreed to the contents of these Terms.

Article 4 — Pricing and Billing Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed. Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).

Delivery is free of charge within our designated service area (Sài Gòn District, Tân Bình District, and Gò Vấp District). We do not currently offer delivery outside this area. Should we change our delivery area or delivery terms in the future, we will revise these Terms to clearly state the applicable region and any shipping fees.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the relevant credit card or other payment method.

Article 5 — Shipping and Delivery We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days of purchase. Within our designated service area, delivery is carried out by a courier or by our own staff.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only, and delays may occur due to courier circumstances, traffic conditions, natural disasters, or other causes beyond our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, we will endeavor not to be held liable for delays arising from such causes; however, this Article does not exclude any liability we bear under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Ownership of the product, and the risk of loss or damage, passes to you as follows: (a) where delivery is made by a courier, at the time the product is handed over to the courier; and (b) where delivery is made by our own staff, at the time the product is handed to you.

Article 6 — Intellectual Property All content included in the Service (including trademarks, logos, designs, text, images, videos, and product reviews) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproducing, distributing, altering, republishing, or using such materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Article 7 — Third-Party Tools and Links For your convenience, we may provide access to tools or links offered by third-party services, but we do not monitor or control them. Use of any third-party tool is provided "as is," and we disclaim liability arising from such use to the extent permitted by law. Before using any external website, please review that website's own terms directly.

Article 8 — Privacy Personal information collected through the Service is handled appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you are deemed to have reviewed and agreed to the contents of that Policy.

Article 9 — Feedback If you submit ideas, reviews, suggestions, or other feedback to us, we may use such feedback (including by reproducing, publishing, and using it in advertising) worldwide, without time limitation, and free of charge. We are under no obligation to keep any submitted feedback confidential or to compensate you for it.

Article 10 — Errors and Inaccuracies Information on the Service — including pricing, product descriptions, and stock availability — may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We may correct such errors without prior notice, and we may cancel an order if it is discovered that the underlying information was inaccurate.

Article 13 — Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, we, together with our officers, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit or data) arising from your use of the Service or our products. However, this Article does not limit or exclude any liability we bear under Vietnam's consumer protection law or other mandatory laws.

Article 14 — Indemnification Where we suffer damage directly arising from your breach of these Terms, or from your use of the Service infringing the rights of a third party, you may be liable to us for such damage, to the extent permitted by law.

Article 15 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms, and all matters relating to them, are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Should a dispute arise between us and you in connection with these Terms, both parties shall first seek to resolve the matter through good-faith consultation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, we anticipate bringing the matter before the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.

However, where you, as a consumer, are entitled under Vietnam's consumer protection law or other mandatory laws to pursue other means of dispute resolution (such as filing a complaint with a consumer protection authority in your country of residence), this Article is not intended to limit that right.

Article 16 — Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. We will provide appropriate notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
